Our crumbled cauliflower is great and with its simplicity to cook can make for a time efficient side to a range of dishes.
Two tablespoons of our frozen crumbled cauliflower will give you one of your 5 a day.
The crumbled cauliflowers are cleaned and washed. They are then frozen under a temperature of lower than -20 °C.
Storage:
Kept frozen at -18 °C or cooler. Do not refreeze if the product has already thawed.
?Cooking instructions:
Best cooked from frozen. Add the deep-frozen cauliflower to boiling water, season for taste and cook over a gentle heat for approx 6-8 minutes. The crumbled cauliflower is also suitable for preparation in the microwave.
