Where we deliver

From Gourmet at home we are happy to announce that we deliver Nationwide.

Outside London deliveries:

All orders placed before 4pm will be processed the same day, will go out of delivery the next day and you will receive it the following one.

For example if you place your order on Monday before 4pm, your order will be processed the same day, our courier partner will come to collect your parcel on Tuesday afternoon and you will receive your goods on Wednesday (Next Day Delivery since collected by the courier).

Once your order is booked you will receive an email/SMS to the email address/phone number provided at checkout by so you can track your parcel at any time.

*Please note that once your parcel has left our premises we cannot be responsible for any delay or incidence that may happen to the courier company such as heavy traffic or any other factor that it may arise.

We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays either bank holidays.

Our cutting time for all orders is 4pm. After this time all orders will be processed the following working day.

What do I do if my postcode is in London but not listed?

In the event your postcode is not listed you still can place your order with us, then we will book a “Next Day Delivery” service for you with our courier partner DHL.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS, NORTHERN IRELAND AND ISLE OF MAN

Unfortunately are not able to deliver to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.

CHANNEL ISLANDS

Unfortunately are not able to deliver to the Channel Islands.

1. Collect in Person:

For alternative options you can arrange a collection in our premises by filling the postcode address as follow:

Postcode:    NW10

And use the COUPON “COLLECTION” when checking out, it will rid of the delivery charge in case you do not reach the £60 as you will come to collect your goods.

Then let us know on the instructions delivery box what date and time about you are coming to collect your order. We will keep your order ready for you at our warehouse. Gourmet at Home, 48A Minerva Road, NW10 6HJ, London.
