2 tablespoons of garden peas equate to one of your 5 a day. 

Our frozen garden peas are an easy and healthy accompaniment to a
variety of dishes. 

For best results cook from frozen. 

Prep:

The peas are cleaned, stones removed from the ground and the peas are
washed. 

The peas are individually frozen until they reach a temperature lower
than minus 20 degrees Celsius. 

Storage: 

Kept frozen at -18°C or cooler. Important information if the
product has thawed, do not refreeze it. 

Cooking instructions: 

Boiling – add the deep-frozen vegetables to boiling water, season to
taste and cook over a gentle heat for approx. 6-8 minutes. 

These vegetables are also suitable for preparation in the micro-wave.
