LIMITED PRODUCTION (100g)

Our Sliced Chorizo Ibérico Bellota is a mixture of minced meat that has all
come from Iberico Pork. It is mixed with salt, paprika and other spices and
seasonings. It is kneaded and stuffed into natural casing which has undergone a
maturing drying process that is characterised by its red colour. It is then
sliced thinly to give it the smaller shape and rounded style.

Storage:

To store our Chorizo Ibérico Bellota keep it in a cool, dry place or once opened
it can be kept refrigerated.

Usage:

Our Sliced Chorizo Ibérico Bellota works well
in a whole range of dishes such as pasta and risotto just to name a few. It can
be eaten on its own or in a sandwich. We also recommend trying it with friends
at social events on a meatboard.
