Smoked Salmon,

Our Smoked Salmon is prepared by hand and cold smoked over
beech and oak chips in the traditional Scottish Kilns. By smoking over the
beech and oak chips it infuses the smoke into the Salmon and gives it an enhanced
flavour.
Storage:
Keep the Smoke Salmon refrigerated
between 0-4°C.
Usage:
Our Smoked Salmon is great in a variety of dishes and can be eaten for
lunch or dinner and it works well in a lot of different social events.
