belly is the finest part of the fish as it has the fattest content. It is rich

Bluefin Tuna Loin in olive oil, Herpac (125g) – the bluefin tuna is one of the most sought-after
fish due to its incredible diversity in flavours and textures. By taking the meat
from the loin you are getting the prime cut of the fish, it has very little fat
and because it is stored in olive oil those flavours are preserved and enhanced
as the tuna absorbs the natural flavours of the olive oil.

 

Tarantelo of Bluefin Tuna Belly in olive oil, Herpac (335g) – is also part of the bluefin tuna, the ‘tarantelo’ is
located between the belly and the white tail of the fish. It has more of a
reddish colour compared to the other parts of the fish and has very little percentage
of fat on the meat making it a high-quality cut. It is traditionally cooked on
the griddle and has some fantastic flavours.
