Picual Variety has a high intensity fruity green olive tasting note, also olive leaf, tomato and aromatic herbs as mint and artichoke. Balsamic. Sensations of sweet fruits and berries. In the mouth it has great personality, but not too aggressive. The bitterness is medium and well balanced with the spiciness. At the end a light astringency that reminds us of artichoke. Very structured due to its high percentage of oleic acid. High persistence and harmony.
