Broccoli Florets (2.5kg) (Frozen)
Individual frozen broccoli florets.
Two tablespoons equates to one of your five a day.
The broccoli is cleaned and stones removed from the ground, the broccoli is then washed and cut. They are blanched with peroxidase-negative and cooled. They are then individually frozen.
Storage:
Kept frozen at 18°C or cooler. Do not refreeze the product if the product has been thawed.
Cooking instructions:
?Best cooked from frozen. Add the broccoli to boiling water and cook over a gentle heat for approx 6-8 minutes. The broccoli is suitable for preparation in the micro-wave.
