Made with noble meat cuts from free range acorn feed pigs making them the most iconic and high quality cured chorizo.Usage: Take it out from the bag and keep it at normal room temperature 30 minutes before consumption for best product performance. Cut in thin slices (or direct consumption if product is already sliced) throwing away product’s casing.Storage: Keep cold between 0º and +6ºC.
