PRODUCTION (250g)

Our Chorizo Ibérico Bellota is a mixture of minced meat that has all
come from Iberico Pork. It is mixed with salt, paprika and other spices and
seasonings. It is kneaded and stuffed into natural casing which has undergone a
maturing drying process that is characterised by its red colour.

Storage:

To store our Chorizo Ibérico Bellota keep it in a cool, dry place.

Usage:

Our Chorizo Ibérico Bellota works well in a whole
range of dishes such as pasta and risotto just to name a few. It can be eaten
on its own, but we recommend having it in a meat board to share at social
events.
