Frozen Crumbled Desalted Cod (Migas de Bacalao) (500g)

Cod crumbs at its point of salt, skinless and boneless, frozen in Individual Quick Freezing technology and bagged. These cod come from the cold Northeast Atlantic, Iceland.

Usage: Does not require the addition of salt and can be used in many different recipes such as salads or the famous “Bacalao Dorado” or “Bacalhau à Brás”.

Storage: Frozen product. Keep -18ºC. Defrost in refrigeration if possible.
