Frozen Desalted Cod (Tako Pil-Pil) (2kg)
Six cod loins with salt-skinned skin, boneless, frozen and individually wrapped. This cod comes from the cold North Atlantic Ocean and can be cooked in many different recipes. This cod is used in traditional Basque Cuisine.
Usage: Traditionally it’s made by cooking skin-on with the most commonly known recipe “Bacalao al Pil Pil”
Storage: Frozen product. Keep at -18ºC. Defrost in refrigeration if possible.
