We highly recommend adding Dry Ice to your basket if you are buying frozen products in less than 5kg volume on frozen and you are based outside London.

For London postcodes, we deliver with our own temperature-controlled vans and for that reason is not needed to add Dry Ice. Please check your postcode here:

Upon arrival of your order, please put your products in your freezer as soon as possible. If some thawing has occurred in transit please make sure it is safe to refreeze.
