Castillo de Canena EVOO is a gourmet extra virgin olive oil and this is a limited
edition which is because it is collected within the first 24 hours of harvest.
It has herbal and plant tones and stands out with its bright green oil which
leaves a fantastic aroma.

Storage: 

Keep in a cool dry place, we recommend storing it in a larder.

Usage:

First Day Harvest, Arbequina Castillo de Canena EVOO is great as an accompaniment
with white fish, mayonnaise, can be substituted for butter in baking/ desserts.
It will also add a gourmet twist to your salads.
