Both of these olive oils come with a very unique taste and distinctive tones. 

Arbequina Variety is a light green and bright extra virgin olive oil. It has the fruity taste of the green olive that is also perceived in the mouth. There is a great diversity of flavour with vegetable aromas, especially fresh grass, green almonds, tomato plan, green banana, green apple and walnut. It emphasises its fluidity, bitterness & pungency in perfect harmony creating a sweet and fresh flavour. It has an aftertaste of almond, with a light touch of pepper which is a very elegant olive oil.

Picual Variety has an intense green colour, with an intense fruit and vegetable notes such as green grass, green fruit and vegetables. It has great complexity and personality within an intense harmony. It has an intense and complex flavours that reminds us of green almond, green grass, banana peel, artichoke, tomato plant, vine stems, buns, walnut crust and green apple. It has some bitterness and spiciness which is slightly more prominent but has a good balance between the two. It has a mint aftertaste as well.
