Our Fresh Catalan sausague “Botifarra catalana” is made following the recipe of a local well recognised and now retired butcher in Salou, Tarragona. He sold tonnes and tonnes of it each year in the “Mercat Municipal”.

We have been gifted with his recipe and now our meat supplier (located in Noalejo, Jaen) has made it following his advice.

Is such a privilege for us to bring his Botifarra Catalana into the UK. We really hope you enjoy it as there is a lot of love behind.

Usage:
