This hamper has been designed for people that are looking to try new
kinds of food, especially sea food. This hamper contains a variety of different
fish that has lots of variety in taste and textures, they also work with a

Pickled Mussels Herpac (125g) – are a saltwater
inhabitant that are a powerful punch of flavours! Mussels peak season
is traditionally between October through to March, however with the Herpac preserve they
taste just as good all year round.

Sardines in olive oil Herpac (125) – are a smaller type of fish belonging to the herring
family. They are oily and contain a lot of natural health benefits, they are
said to give you more energy and because they are so diverse you can consume
them at pretty much any time of day. It is preserved in sunflower oil and this will
retain all the taste and textures it has to offer; they can be grilled pickled
or smoked when fresh so how you cook them is completely up to you.

 

Yellowfin Tuna Belly “Ventresca” in olive oil, Herpac (125g) – Ventresca is arguably the most flavoursome preserve
in this hamper due to the cut of the fish being from the tuna belly. Storing
lots of natural fats and flavours the tuna belly is seen as the best part of the
fish, also making it the most sought after.

 

Fillets of Mackerel in olive oil, Herpac (320g) – is from the Scombridae
family, found most living along the coasts of countries it is a very tasty
fish. They are a great source of omega 3 and provide other health benefits. Mackerel
works especially well with vegetables, particularly in a salad or itself. You can drizzle
some lime on them to bring out the natural flavours of the fish.
