Onion Black Pudding (Morcilla de Cebolla), 2 units (approx weight 250g)
Our Onion Black Pudding is fat,
and dewlap kneaded together with chopped onion. It is added to sausage casing
and cooked for 20 minutes. This gives it a crispy texture on the outside but a
tasty soft sausage in the middle.
Storage:
Keep refrigerated between 0 and 4°C.
Usage:
Our Onion Black Pudding is great for breakfasts (traditional
full English breakfasts as well) and also on BBQs. You can also have them on
meat boards for social events.
