Our Cheese Burgos are a great
soft cheese with a milky smell and flavour. It also has a smooth flavour and is
made with pasteurised cow’s milk.
Storage:
Keep the Soft Cheese Burgos refrigerated
between temperatures 1-8°C.
Usage:
Soft Cheese Burgos are great in a host of dishes, they tend to work best
as an accompaniment with sweeter food items such as honey and work fantastic in
baking for example a cheesecake.
