Made with pasteurised goat’s milk
Red wine infused, its cured in Doble pasta red wine
and aged up to 75 days, creating a semisoft paste with a smooth flavour. The
taste of the wine is most prominent near the rind.

Storage:
Kept refrigerated between 4 and 8°C.
Usage:
Once packaging has opened leave 10 minutes before
consumption
Great on a cheeseboard and fits perfectly with social
events.
