Gourmet Pedro Ximenez marinated Tuna Herpac (250g) – This Pedro Ximenez marinated Tuna is a yellow fin tuna
that is stored in a vinaigrette of Pedro Ximenez. The wine gives the yellow fin
tuna pieces a sweet and special taste, the best places to get this type of tuna
is Barbate and Jerez.
Gourmet Bluefin Tuna Loin in olive oil (250g) – the bluefin tuna loin has
incredible diversity in flavours and textures. By taking the meat from the loin
you are getting a prime cut of the fish, it has very little fat and because it
is stored in olive oil those flavours are preserved due to the olive oil.
